I overcame childhood trauma with the help of a therapist trained in EMDR and trauma. As an adult I have experienced loss and trauma related to substance abuse, divorce, spiritual abuse and tragic pet loss. My life is far from perfect but the past trauma no longer calls the shots.
I went back to school to learn how to help others. It is my passion to help you understand and heal from whatever emotional struggles keep you from living a fulfilling life.
