You may have a supplemental plan that picks up what Medicare doesn't cover. These are outside of the contract requirement and generally cover regardless of provider contracts.

You may choose to use the self pay option if your insurance doesn't cover or you have no insurance. Discounts may be offered in some cases for self-pay.
